FFA TRAVELS TO MONTANA.

Hyannis FFA is the Reserve Champion Team at the NILE Meats Evaluation Contest. The Hyannis FFA Meats Evaluation Team competed at the Northern International Livestock Exposition in Billings, Montana, on Tuesday, October 17. There, they, along with other FFA members from Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, and other surrounding states competed in the Meats Evaluation Contest, where Hyannis finished as the Reserve Champion team. HYANNIS FFA CHAPTER TRAVELS TO INDIANAPOLIS!

On October 31, 2023, the Hyannis FFA officers began their trip to Indianapolis, Indiana for the 96th National FFA Convention. Their first stop was in Hannibal, Missouri where they visited a Mark Twain memorial as well as walking alongside the Mississippi River. On Wednesday, November 2nd, they visited the Opening Session of the convention. The session was held in Lucas Oil Stadium, the home of the Indianapolis Colts. Aulick Manufacturing Day

On Wednesday, October 4th, a cadre of Hyannis Area Schools students made their way to Scottsbluff to take part in Aulick Industries Manufacturing Day.  Aulick Manufacturing is a multi-faceted industry established in 1952 that employs over 140 full-time workers in their Scottsbluff locations.  The purpose of this event was to serve as an educational opportunity through a video presentation, a tour of facilities conducted by the Human Resources manager, and a competition assembling a grain gate by teams from each . . .
